Household Helper
(Note - This is not a childcare position.)
JOB POSITION
We are looking for someone with great work ethic to help with housework in our home in Morton, IL. A right fit for this job will love the independent work and flexibility, come ready to check off to do’s, and get excited about a job well done.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
Available work is three hours every two weeks | $20/hr
We live in a smoke-free home with one dog that remains kenneled while outside help is present.
Very light training provided, such as how to start the washer and where to find fresh towels.
ABOUT US
We’re a family of four who loves Morton! We’re two working parents with a home in a quiet neighborhood. Your help in our home will help us enjoy more quality time this summer and we’re so grateful!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Example tasks include:
Stripping beds and washing sheets
Taking out the trash
Cleaning duties, like scrubbing bathrooms, dusting, and mopping (we’ll provide all cleaning supplies - all you need to do is just show up ready to work)
Helping change over laundry
Putting kids’ clean clothes away
Wiping down cabinet doors and refrigerator shelves
Etc.
EXPECTATIONS
You are a hard worker. You work swiftly and thoroughly through the checklist.
You must have your own transportation.
You are available to start the three-hour shift sometime between the hours of 8am and 1pm.
