What to expect in 2024 from the Founding Females Mastermind: Each month, mastermind members receive a deep dive into the topic and practical tips for strengthening their business in the month’s focus topic. Power Session Prep Sheets are delivered to the group which ask questions to help each member articulate their challenges related to the topic so that all members can offer guidance to one another in a way that helps “build a business around your life and not a life around your business” - one of the main pillars of Founding Females.

Business Bootcamp launching January 2024!
The first 2024 Business Bootcamp launches on Tuesday, January 16th! The Business Bootcamp is a 6-week program where members check off the foundational elements of building a strong business. Many of us felt blindfolded as we started our businesses, always wondering if we were doing it "right."
The Business Bootcamp walks you through
how to clarify your business idea so you and your customers know exactly what you do,
what to research to build a strong foundation in your business, and
3) steps to take to build out a sustainable business, like a simple business and marketing plan.

Founding Females Local Meet Ups
The Galesburg Chapter launched on 11/7!
There was something really special about the Galesburg Chapter launch in November. I left The Orange Cup Side Hustle - the locally owned meeting spot - feeling a sense of excitement about running a business after spending the morning with this group.
The turnout was strong and the conversation was insightful. Meet Ups will be an amazing resource for this female small business community. A big thank you to Lee Ann Porter for hosting.

Wins for Female Founders

Always Flourishing Photography by Hannah Knight executed a strong 5-day launch and detailed the positive takeaways in her Flourishing Community for Business Owners and Creatives. Inside the group, Hannah shares helpful encouragement and insight about how to run a successful small business.
Andrea Winkler (Founding Females Mastermind Member) welcomed over 30 local vendors into a permanent brick and mortar space in Peoria, Illinois called The Wink House with their November soft opening. These vendors now have the opportunity for a permanent local location for customers to shop. Follow The Wink House on Instagram and keep an eye out for the upcoming Grand Opening event happening in January!
Doris Symonds hosted her semiannual Togetherness Celebration for Women where women in business gathered to connect and thrive.
