What is a Founding Females® Power Circle?

Power Circles are self-led accountability groups designed to help women business owners in the Founding Females® Mastermind grow through consistent check-ins, encouragement, and honest feedback. Each member plays an active role in keeping the group strong and valuable.

What to Expect

Here’s what to expect:

1. Dedicated Space - A dedicated space will be provided inside the Mastermind for you to communicate with your Power Circle.

2. Shared Leadership – Once your Power Circle is organized, members are responsible for setting meeting times, rotating facilitation, choosing discussion topics, and following up with one another.

3. Active Participation – If you commit to a Power Circle, make it a top priority. Show up prepared, engaged, and ready to both give and receive support.

4. Follow-Through – An important part of accountability is doing what you say you’ll do. Consistency builds trust and results.

5. Respect & Confidentiality – Please honor each other’s time, perspectives, and privacy.

6. Commitment – A Power Circle only works if everyone is invested. If you can’t commit in this season, please leave the spot for someone who can fully participate.

Timeline

At this time, Power Circles are a 4-month commitment and these groups will span about mid-March through mid-July 2025. We’ll debrief as a group after this session is complete and make changes to the next round of Power Circles if necessary.
