1. Introducing the Founding Females Website Refresh
Even while December was relatively quiet for the holidays, I focused on restructuring and updating the Founding Females website, including making helpful entrepreneur resources like the blog and free downloads easier to access. I'm loving the way it's coming together!
2 The Business Bootcamp starts January 16th
A motivated group of female entrepreneurs has begun forming for the Business Bootcamp starting January 16th.
Here's what you need to know:
The Business Bootcamp lasts 6 weeks
Content and discussion focuses on foundational elements of running a business.
The Bootcamp is open to any female entrepreneur (or soon-to-become one), no matter their experience level.
Included are 7 group coaching calls, tools and templates to elevate your business, and endless encouragement to help you meet your goals.
Cost is $249.
You can expect to walk away from the program with a strong foundation for your business and a clear plan for next steps in your business.

3. Founding Females Mastermind Updates
We welcomed three new members into the Mastermind last month who bring strong skill sets in marketing, coaching, and organization to the community. The Mastermind is now up to 21 members!
January's Mastermind Topic is "How to Create Work/Life Harmony" and we're currently in open enrollment for new members (Click to join).

Krystal Stegmaier is a Certified Professional Life Coach and Author with a book launching in Spring 2024. She helps women on the journey of exploring their best selves. She brings a warmth with her everywhere she goes. I'm especially excited to see her thrive inside the Mastermind.
Elizabeth Hinnen, Founder of Construction Beauty Magazine - Elizabeth spearheads the efforts behind Construction Beauty Magazine to empower and inform women in the Central Illinois area through connection and resources for a better quality of life. Her team publishes topics important to women, including health, finance, and small business.

4. 2024 Focus: Becoming Less Reliant on Social Media
A 2024 Founding Females goal is to become less reliant on social media. I'm working to prop up other assets in the business for better flow and work/life harmony.
I'll share updates throughout the 2024 year inside the Mastermind and during Meet Ups with specific details for how I'm transitioning away from relying on most social platforms to grow my business.
I'm in a season of learning and I'm putting those insights into action and sharing knowledge with other female entrepreneurs.
5. Entrepreneur Lifestyle
Breathwork - In December, I tried a breathwork class with fellow entrepreneur Amy Filter from This Little Light Breathwork. The physical release of stress from my body was an unexpected but incredible experience. As an entrepreneur, I'm sure you can understand how the tension builds up. I have plans to record an interview with Amy in February to share more details about her unique business with the community.
Staycation - Listening to our mind and body is critical to understand how to build a business around our lives and not a life around our business.
A few times a year, I retreat into a hotel room by myself for uninterrupted journaling, quiet time, goal setting, and self-care. I'll share an upcoming post on the blog about my recent hotel retreats in 2023 and why and how to make this work if it feels life-giving for you.
