#2 Hot Off the Press: The Women Who Lead Collab
You may have noticed the Founding Females® brand is getting a serious glow up (we’ve officially dubbed this period of evolution “2.0”).
This is the chapter of our story where we’ve been hard at work upleveling from the inside out.
A company with the potential to make this much game changing impact in the lives of female entrepreneurs needs a bold brand and processes to go with it!
We’ve spent months in the nitty gritty details developing a Culture Code, revamping our Brand Standards, overhauling our onboarding and referral programs, and brewing on how to best meet female entrepreneur’s needs based on how the entrepreneurial ecosystem is shifting.
Big shifts bring big, bold ideas. That’s where Hannah comes in…
Hannah Knight, founder of Always Flourishing Photography and the Studio on Sampson, and I began brainstorming the “Women Who Lead” Collab in early spring and the idea has developed beyond my wildest imagination. I should have known Hannah would show up and show out because her creative brain is always next level magic.
In short, the Women Who Lead Collab showcases the incredible compounding synergy that takes shape when women link arms and team up.
The women we see crushing it in the entrepreneurial ecosystem? They aren’t trying to do it all by themselves…they’re leveraging other women’s networks, wisdom, and talents. Strategic to the core.
You’ll hear much more about the Women Who Lead Collab in July when I introduce you to each of the incredible women involved and talk about why collaborations are so hot (and so necessary for growth).

#3 Meet our Founding Females® Intern: Kenzie!
We’re thrilled to introduce the newest member of the Founding Females® team—our rockstar summer intern, Kenzie! Kenzie is heading into her junior year at the University of Indianapolis, where she’s not only majoring in marketing but also crushing it on the volleyball court as a student-athlete. Her drive, curiosity, and bright energy make her an absolute joy to be around, and we’re grateful for the fresh perspective she’s bringing to our community.
Kenzie’s heart for the Lord shines through in everything she does—whether she’s diving into creative projects or simply encouraging those around her. We can’t wait for you to see her work behind the scenes as she helps us share more stories, celebrate more women, and elevate the Founding Females® brand. Say hey if you see her on social!

A High Vibes Summer Rhythm
Women build businesses differently. We just do.
We build each layer around our life priorities, and often in between the cracks of other responsibilities. That matters when it comes to showing up for the people we love.
For me? That means working out a three-day work week this summer so I can spend two whole days showing up to swim lessons, snuggling with my kids under a blanket during a slow start to the morning, and being present while my kids are in such a yummy season of life. I have more work than can possibly fit into three days, but I know it’ll all work out somehow because I’ll never get this amazing season of life back, and I want to make precious mems while I can.
Books I Can’t Put Down
You’ll notice a theme in our Founding Females® community…many of us are avid readers because books open up so much opportunity for self-growth.
Here’s what I’ve been diving into during my dedicated morning solitude each morning:
Empowered Ascent Toolkit by Dr. Kristen Strom. It’s full of reflections, strategies, and frameworks that guide you through a strong focus on physical, emotional, and intellectual wellness.
Kristen also just launched The Guided Experience (which includes the Empowered Ascent download) to go with it and I know this is exactly what I need for the self work calling my name in this season.
