The Founding Females® Heartbeat October 2024 Recap

Here are the up-to-date developments you need to know about Founding Females® this month:

#1 Founding Females® Walking the Walk

If you’ve spent much time around Founding Females®, you know there’s a saying we live by: Build a business around your life and not a life around your business.

As women, we assume many roles within our families and society, and often fit our businesses into the cracks of our many responsibilities (e.g. answering emails while waiting in the school pickup line or waking up early to put the finishing touches on a presentation while littles are still sleeping).

The Founding Females® Heartbeat is a monthly recap sharing recent news I strive to publish on the first of each month. This month, it’s late to be published because I recently took three weeks off work. My time away was refreshing and it allowed me to show up for my family in a way I just couldn’t with a 9-5.

During that time, I still had several deposits go into my business checking account because I’ve built a business around my life and not a life around my business.

Could I step away forever and still generate revenue? No. But I also don’t want to. I’ve built something sustainable which still allows me to walk in my purpose, and to me, that’s the success I’m trying to build.

If building a business that runs without you is something you’re interested in learning how to do, consider joining the Founding Females® Women’s Business Mastermind. We’re a community of 35 strong women business owners guiding and supporting each other to make good business decisions.

Mastermind Membership Week

Mastermind Membership Week is coming up in the last week of January 2025! Membership week is one week only where we offer monthly membership into the women’s business mastermind for $29 instead of $99. If you’ve been craving a warm, strong group of women business owners to grow with, make sure to keep your eyes out for more details to come.

#2 SEO Glow Up Training Recap

Last week, we hosted the second round of the ✨ SEO Glow Up ✨ Training. Four businesses took the training live and one tuned in for the replay. These businesses are currently in the follow up support phase where they’re receiving guidance as they take action on what they learned in the training.

The training helped these business owners to understand the power of SEO, including how to create an effective content process that drives qualified leads to become paying customers.

This training won’t be offered again until late Spring of 2025. Sign up to be notified when the training is offered again.

#4 Founding Females® Feature: Meet Katrina Howard of Katrina Howard Nutrition

Something amazing I’ve noticed about my circle women is how much purpose lies within their motivation for starting a business.

Women often see entrepreneurship as a means to change the world.

That’s certainly the case with Katrina Howard a dietician in our women’s mastermind. She saw an opportunity to take the status quo and deliver even better results.

Hi, I’m Francie!

Nice to meet you. I’m the founder of Founding Females®. Some call me a business sage because I love to empower female entrepreneurs to breathe life into the business dreams God called them to.

After feeling like a misfit in the corporate world, I discovered a life I loved waking up to through business ownership.

I’m the author of Dream, Build, Grow: A Female’s Step-by-Step Guide for How to Start a Business, a guided journal helping hundreds of women start and grow their businesses.

I’m also a passionate entrepreneurship hype girl, female leader, public speaker, and community enthusiast.

My MBA and 10 years in a corporate career and in business ownership positioned me as an entrepreneurship educator with forward-thinking strategies for starting and growing successful businesses.

As a community leader, I realized other women could thrive with the right guidance and support. I created the Founding Females® Mastermind Community that provides a safe space for women to build better businesses.

I believe that anyone with a dream on their heart can pull up a seat to change the world through entrepreneurship. Looking to grow your own business? Click for info about how to work with me.
