As a Business and Career Coach with more than two decades of experience, Courtney has built her business around a powerful mission: helping women create success without exhaustion.
Through a unique blend of coaching, psychology, strategy, mindset work, and intuition, she helps high-achieving women expand their impact and income while reclaiming their time, energy, and joy.
Her clients include consultants, creatives, entrepreneurs, and C-suite executives who have already achieved significant success but have reached a point where the pace of that success is no longer sustainable.
"They want more," Courtney explains. "But they can't keep up with their own success. By shifting their mindset, growth strategy, and daily operations, they literally get themselves back."
A Calling Discovered Through Burnout
Long before she became a coach, Courtney worked as a psychotherapist in demanding environments. While she found the work meaningful, she was experiencing what so many women know all too well: high stress, low compensation, and constant exhaustion.
She knew something had to change.
After creating a vision for how she wanted her work and life to feel and sharing that vision with key people in her network, she discovered coaching.
The moment she attended her first coaching class, everything clicked.
"It literally felt like the heavens opened up," she says. "I knew this was the work I was put on this earth to do."
After earning certification through one of the nation's most rigorous coaching programs, Courtney launched her business in 2005. More than twenty years later, she still loves helping women step into a version of success that supports both their ambitions and their well-being.

Many of Courtney's clients are already highly accomplished professionals. They're respected leaders, experts in their field, and often carrying more responsibility than anyone around them realizes.
One recent client owned a thriving, high-profile business serving major corporations, government agencies, and educational institutions. While her business was flourishing, she felt overwhelmed, overcommitted, and constantly at capacity.

When asked what accomplishment she's most proud of, Courtney doesn't mention revenue numbers or business milestones.
Instead, she talks about the women she's helped over the years.

"My goal is to empower women to stand up and stand out professionally without sacrificing their personal lives and families," she says.
