#2 Events We Attended in November

Online business has opened up a world of opportunities for female entrepreneurs, yet nothing replaces the strength of in-person relationships.

We often say, “you can’t build a successful business solely from behind your computer.” Because, well, you can’t.

The Founding Females® community values connection, so here are seven events we attended to connect with our community in November:

  1. Founding Females® Meet Ups - we currently have four chapters across the state of Illinois.

  2. Kisha Woods’ Empower and Excel Networking Event

  3. Women’s Trusted Council

  4. National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Peoria Chapter Meeting where Kathryn Spitznagle was the keynote and poured out her expertise as a former fashion editor

  5. Doris Symonds biannual Empowerment Event to Celebrate All Women event where our very own Kayla Miller of KM Jewelry Design was the keynote speaker.

  6. November Women’s Business Mastermind Meeting where we discussed 2025 goal setting

  7. The SKB Cyber Business and Technology Consulting AI Lunch and Learn Event

#3 Mastermind Membership Week

The Founding Females® Mastermind Membership Week is coming up January 27 - 31st!

Membership Week is one week only where we offer monthly membership into our women’s business mastermind for $29/month instead of $99/month, for life (yep! the price never changes)!

If support and belonging within a community of women business owners is missing from your life, our strong community of 35 mastermind members would love to have you in ours! Keep your eyes out for more details in the coming weeks.

Everyone who completes the membership interest form will be given first access.

Hi, I’m Francie!

Nice to meet you. I’m the founder of Founding Females®. Some call me a business sage because I love to empower female entrepreneurs to breathe life into the business dreams God called them to.

After feeling like a misfit in the corporate world, I discovered a life I loved waking up to through business ownership.

I’m the author of Dream, Build, Grow: A Female’s Step-by-Step Guide for How to Start a Business, a guided journal helping hundreds of women start and grow their businesses.

I’m also a passionate entrepreneurship hype girl, female leader, public speaker, and community enthusiast.

My MBA and 10 years in a corporate career and in business ownership positioned me as an entrepreneurship educator with forward-thinking strategies for starting and growing successful businesses.

As a community leader, I realized other women could thrive with the right guidance and support. I created the Founding Females® Mastermind Community that provides a safe space for women to build better businesses.

I believe that anyone with a dream on their heart can pull up a seat to change the world through entrepreneurship. Looking to grow your own business? Click for info about how to work with me.
