I’m excited to shine the spotlight on a newer client from 2024: Mégan Fleming, founder of Renewed Radiance in Morton, Illinois.

Renewed Radiance, Skin Boutique in Morton, Illinois

Some of my favorite work includes walking alongside female entrepreneurs who are starting new businesses and advising along the way.

Even though Mégan Fleming, owner of Renewed Radiance, had successfully been in business for her self for many years, when she started Renewed Radiance, she knew she needed a strong online presence and marketing strategy. That’s where Founding Females® came in.

Mégan was referred by a former client of six years who we helped launch, grow, and sell a successful ice cream shop in Morton.

For Mégan, we tailored a small business package that included:

  • Advising on Renewed Radiance’s existing online presence

  • Tweaking the framework of her already-created website so site visitors would flow through to conversion (meaning more visitors become paying customers)

  • Linking Mégan up with a brand photographer (One of our fave’s, Hannah Knight!) to visually build out her already-strong brand

  • Adding SEO so Renewed Radiance would gain organic traffic by advising on adding written copy to static pages, adding researched keywords, strategizing with internal and inbound links, creating a blog, and more

  • Creating a marketing plan that focuses on Renewed Radiance’s ideal client avatars that Mégan’s team could execute internally.

Mégan took these steps to launch and refine Renewed Radiance’s online presence with Founding Females’® help:

1) Booked a tailored marketing package to polish up her online presence,

2) Attended Peoria’s Founding Females® Meet Up for support from the female entrepreneur community,

3) Joined the Founding Females® Mastermind for 24/7 support from a community of female entrepreneurs.

It’s a thrill to see Renewed Radiance growing! In addition to Mégan’s laser and aesthetic services, this summer/fall, Mégan will add an esthetician to be able to continue serving clients with in-demand services.
